The MMS Systemic Motivation Model is used to understand, analyze and initiate an action plan to develop motivation within an organization.
It brings together the most effective and often most efficient factors, positioning them at the right organizational levels.
This model in no way precludes the activation of other motivating factors. In fact, there are many others. However, based on our experience and the many studies that have been carried out in the fields of motivation, organizational sociology and small-group psychology, the 16 factors in this model are the ones you should consider first when defining a strategy at the heart of your company.
