About me

MotivAtWork is a project I started in 2017 after accumulating many excellent experiences in project management and team motivation.

My professional adventure officially began around the age of 27, when I finally completed my higher education with a degree in industrial design. But that would be to forget my working experience as a laborer, which I started doing at 16.

This is a very important consideration, as it is a significant source of my desire to identify motivational levers concerning the type of activity and hierarchical level of individuals.

So, you have to look back over the last 40 years to understand how I feel about work.

I've been a stock boy and cashier in a supermarket, an administrative assistant in a government department, a hamburger cooker and salesman in a fast-food restaurant, a barman in a prestigious restaurant, a designer in an architecture agency, a decorator in an events company, a start-up in the cd-rom field, a producer of a TV show, graphic designer, developer, director in the web and new technologies fields, third production assistant on a feature film, photographer and cameraman, digital project manager in an agency, team manager in a medium-sized and large company, agile project manager on 2+M€, agile coach and Scrum Master.

Seeing how it's possible to live several lives in one is always amusing.

Today, my main activity is to support teams in optimizing their operational model, ensuring that motivation is their primary resource.

I have formalized the concept of Systemic Motivation by creating a model: the M@W. You'll find all the information you need on this site.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. It's always a pleasure to share my thoughts on motivation and stimulation.

I wish you a pleasant reading.
