Motivational Drivers, Engage Yourself®, and the S–M–M Framework
Learn the four families of motivational drivers, explore your own profile using Engage Yourself®, and discover how Stimulation, Motivation, and Mobilization work together in a systemic way.
⭐ Module 2 — Building Mobilization
Mobilization Levels, S–M–M Ratio, Recruitment, and SMTP
Understand the three levels of mobilization, learn how the S–M–M ratio increases engagement, identify mobilization signals during recruitment, and deploy SMTP to track Satisfaction, Motivation, Trust, and Pride.
⭐ Module 3 — Emotional Dynamics & Psychological Safety
Motivational Biology, Safety, Individual Drivers, and Recognition
Explore dopamine, serotonin, and cortisol; activate autonomy, competence, and self-confidence; reinforce psychological safety; and learn the foundations of recognition before introducing feedback.
⭐ Module 4 — Communication that Mobilizes
Feedback, Moodboard, Communication Rituals, and Team Focus
Practice the two types of feedback, use an emotional moodboard to stabilize team climate, build communication routines, and establish shared calendars that create predictability and engagement.
⭐ Module 5 — The Team as a Motivational System
Incentives, Collaboration vs Cooperation, Purpose & Belonging, and Challenge
Understand the drivers of collective motivation and cohesion. Design incentives that strengthen collaboration, foster innovation, reinforce belonging and purpose, and leverage challenge as a mobilizing force.
⭐ Module 6 — Strategic Leadership in Complex Systems
Toxic Profiles, Pace, Ceremonies, Environmental Levers, 4×3 Model & Strategy
Identify and manage toxic behaviors by addressing systemic causes. Use rhythm and ceremonies to stabilize team performance. Apply the 4×3 Systemic Motivation Model and create your personalized 90-day motivation strategy.
