Learn the four families of motivational drivers, explore your own profile using Engage Yourself®, and discover how Stimulation, Motivation, and Mobilization work together in a systemic way.

Module 2 — Building Mobilization

Mobilization Levels, S–M–M Ratio, Recruitment, and SMTP

Understand the three levels of mobilization, learn how the S–M–M ratio increases engagement, identify mobilization signals during recruitment, and deploy SMTP to track Satisfaction, Motivation, Trust, and Pride.

Module 3 — Emotional Dynamics & Psychological Safety

Motivational Biology, Safety, Individual Drivers, and Recognition

Explore dopamine, serotonin, and cortisol; activate autonomy, competence, and self-confidence; reinforce psychological safety; and learn the foundations of recognition before introducing feedback.

Module 4 — Communication that Mobilizes

Feedback, Moodboard, Communication Rituals, and Team Focus

Practice the two types of feedback, use an emotional moodboard to stabilize team climate, build communication routines, and establish shared calendars that create predictability and engagement.

Module 5 — The Team as a Motivational System

Incentives, Collaboration vs Cooperation, Purpose & Belonging, and Challenge

Understand the drivers of collective motivation and cohesion. Design incentives that strengthen collaboration, foster innovation, reinforce belonging and purpose, and leverage challenge as a mobilizing force.
